Students who undertake entrepreneurship during their studies encounter the problem that collaboration is very difficult. It is very difficult for the student to find someone they can work with. If this person can be found, time often runs out or collaborations in other areas fail.

The Challenge
My goal with this project was identifying the difficulties these students are currently facing, figuring out why they are having trouble starting projects, and figuring out how to connect them in the most approachable and focused manner possible were my responsibilities for the project.
The Solution
To get a better picture of this group of students, I started by putting myself in their shoes. I went undercover at the startup academy meetings and joined these young entrepreneurs. I then asked if they wanted to participate in my research. I worked with them to look at their complex problems through interviews and activities. For example, I had them keep a work and diary and from there I started thinking about solutions. Once I had enough information, I started working with the target group to co-create. I took on an overarching role in this process, offering inspiration rather than direct intervention, and largely let the target group take the lead in creation.
The Result
Consider yourself a motivated student running your own business in addition to your coursework. You lack a network of like-minded entrepreneurs with whom to communicate, spar, and exchange knowledge, despite your ambition, gregariousness, and desire to expand. Here comes De StartHub, a platform for start-ups where students with an entrepreneurial mindset can network and work together to launch their companies. Through intuitive filters, this platform connects entrepreneurial students, making collaboration on multidisciplinary projects easier. By assisting students in overcoming obstacles, turning concepts into useful results, and finishing their projects successfully, it creates a lively community.
The Transfer
During this time, I believe I have established a healthy boundary for myself, learning how to set a high standard and how to plan flexibly. During this time, I have discovered that I am very good at gathering and processing insights. I've calculated insights in a number of ways, and this one can either support or contradict them. Additionally, I believe that I have creatively engaged the target group. Both during the field research discovery phase and the co-creation development phase. In this manner, I can be certain that my idea appeals to the target audience, which is what it turned out to be.
